Purple cacti! (They do exist. We have some growing in the yard.)

Got the dress in… it’s more of an emerald color than the photo is showing.

I also had time to get the background into this one.

Got that head in. The fun part about using these really intense greens is how I’ll have to go over it again, to really get it to cover. Painting is a pain in the ass… but it makes me happy.

Got those mountains in there. I’m going to try to push past the existential angst and paint more. (Painting more will basically be how I get past the existential angst.)

First pass at the ground. There will be more detail, later. I did the sky, yesterday, but forgot to post. Life is more than a bit surreal, of late… and not in a good way. Painting is helping me keep myself together. I hope it can keep doing that. I hope I can keep doing…
